Standard Specification

1. Overview

With Chinas rapid development of electric drive industry, variable speed drives and high-voltage power transmission distribution system supporting the reactor has been used in mass production and electric power, metallurgy, machinery, steel, textiles, paper, petrochemical and other industries. I produced the following specifications of the reactor: the line reactors, shunt reactors, smoothing reactors, filter reactors, and other types of reactor startup reactor.

2. Name and function

Line reactor: also known as commutation reactors for power into the line, through the exchange of current, its role is limited when the converter grid side commutation thyristor voltage drop and current rise rate di / dt and the rate of voltage rise du / dt, and the parallel converter group decoupling.

Shunt Reactor: the inside through the exchange, its role is to compensate the system capacitance. Usually in series with the thyristors, can be adjusted continuously reactance current. Series reactor: the inside through the exchange, its role is in series with the compensation capacitor, the steady state of the harmonics (5,7,11,13 time) constitute the series resonance. Usually 5 to 6% reactor, a high sense of values reactor.

Tuning reactor: the inside by the AC, its role is in series with the capacitor of the provisions of the n-order harmonic components in the series resonance, thereby absorbing the harmonic components, typically n = 5,7,11,13,19
